We shortened our Voyage due to pressing needs at home and bad weather. We were hoping to get to Annapolis today but the weather was really bad (early and late thunderstorms and heavy seas) so we decided to leave the boat with Captain Mike and ended up renting a car to drive home.
Sorry to hear about the weather, I had been checking the radar in the area and hoped you would be able to run west of the storm but it moved ashore. Pretty serious weather pattern too, ran for hundreds of miles in a long line right up the coast and looked very serious right in your area. Absolutely NOT something you would want to be out in. Maybe you can pick back up and get a ride on the final leg?
